Housed in an former water mill set by a river, Le Clos de la Vouge is located in the heart of a Burgundy vineyard, between Dijon and Beaune. We discovered a lovely hotel with the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, the rooms were large and really clean. The staff was great and was available for any problem. There is even a pool which on hot days like ours was just what we needed.

We got to taste some lovely local wines, cremant, red wine and "cognac". The children absolutely loved it as well. W can highly recommend staying at L'Aubergiste for an authentic Burgundy experience.

Marie the lovely host, supplied a gluten free alternative for myself at breakfast to accompany a large variety choice of fruits, cereals, yoghurts, cheeses, breads and pastries, teas and coffees. it was very much appreciated. A couple of minutes walk to the centre.
